WAYS TO GIVE THIS CHRISTMAS
This year Hike Kidz Foundation is offering the following Christmas giving options and would kindly appreciate your help:

Giving tree hosts have tags that you can stop by to choose to give to a child, teen or single parent guardian.

Hike Construction Inc. is hosting a virtual tree for teens in case you are unable to get out to a tree host. You can choose a tag right from here.

You may donate monetarily to our Christmas fund for the teens and for the last minute emergcy Christmas fund

We are collecting stocking stuffers and gift wrapping supplies at our Hike Kidz Foundation office Monday-Friday 11-3 to provide to those in need right before Christmas.

Volunteer on December 20th to help distribute items

Volunteer the week of December 15th to wrap items and organize incoming gifts

THE GIVING TREES
This year Hike Kidz Foundation has partnered with local organizations and businesses that have offered to host "Giving Trees" as an opportunity for the community to sponsor a local child or single parent guardian in need this Christmas.
We collected forms and information provided by referrals from the Warren County Public Schools, Department of Social Services, First Baptist Church of Front Royal and our local community. Below is a list of our Giving Tree partners:

Good Lions in the Royal Plaza Shopping Center (10 Single guardians and 11 Children)

Play Favorites in the Royal Plaza Shopping Center (15 Children)

First Bank on Shenandoah Ave. (30 Children)

The Moose Lodge of Front Royal (25 Children)

Brickhouse Bar & Grill (17 Single guardians and 25 Children)

Stonebranch Center for the Arts on main st. (10 Teens tree)

Hike Construction VIRTUAL TREE (12 Teens)

How it works:
Drop by one of the locations above and choose a blue tag or tags from the tree.
Sign off the tag that you chose with the establishment
Return all children and teen tags unwrapped and in a clear bag with wrapping paper for the parent to wrap. Include the tag with your items.
Guardian gifts may be wrapped.

Welcome to our Virtual Teen Giving Tree hosted by Hike Construction.

How it works:
Select from the tags below and fill out the form to pledge the tag you choose.
Return your tag and unwrapped gifts to Hike Construction by December 16th 11-3 Monday through Friday.
When you drop off the gifts, please fill out this form:

FOR THE RECIPIENTS
We have now closed our intake process for Christmas requests. If you applied before December 6th your application was processed and a tag was completed and distributed for you and or your children.

There is not guarantee that each item requested will be purchased. We will be giving all items out on December 20th between the hours on 10-4. You will receive an email with the hours for your pick up and location details. You will need to bring ID.
Hike Kidz Foundation gave the information provided and it is up to the giver to choose the items. We are not responsible for damaged items, returns, receipts, or purchases made in error.
All items for children will be unwrapped. We will do our best to provide wrapping paper as it is donated.
If your items are large we will contact you ahead of time.
At this time we are unable to process additional requests.
If you are still in need, please contact your local schools, churches, and food banks for help.
