The Hike Kidz Foundation, Unburden The Teachers, Unburden The Children Initiative was established to provide ongoing financial and community support for teachers to directly assist the local children facing poverty and lacking basic necessities.

Inspired by the teachers who we trust with our children daily. This Initiative makes immediate help possible for the teacher and child in need of relief.

Our initial campaign raffle launched in December 2024 and provided the Warren County Public Elementary Schools with $6520 to get the program started. Dr. Ballenger, Superintendent of the Warren County Public Schools, was quick to take supportive action for this initiative. He helped by creating accounts specific for this program in each local Elementary School and divided the donations to each school based on the poverty levels. He created a way for the teachers to request the crisis funds from the school Principle directly.

When you continue to donate to this initiative, your funds will go directly to the local schools to distribute to the teachers within the established program. This continual support will help in many ways, providing encouragement and empowerment to the teachers and children.
