CLOTHE THE KIDZ 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
The mission.
The Clothe the Kidz initative is specific to providing a one stop shop service FOR OUR ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS including, full school shopping supplies for the students that would otherwise not have this opportunity. We feel this can be done with our community partners and together we can create a powerful story of action and results.

When children are noticeably unprepared they are more likely to suffer from lowered self confidence, bullying, low self esteem and less concentration on school acedemics and opportunities to thrive.

The mission of "Clothe The Kidz"is to provide the same preparation head to toe and the same fresh start feeling that everyone should have when starting and attending the new school year. This program aligns directly with the Hike Kidz Foundation's community mission, to help the local children without basic needs and to position them with the equal opportunity to thrive.
Who will receive the opportunity
All local schools will receive a card and directions to give the card to the parent/gaudian. The parent/guardian will have the option to contact the Hike Kidz Foundation with instructions on what we need. Each school and grade will have a number of "Clothe the Kidz" sponsorships available. The program is specific to the child/student that does not have the opporunity to start school with new and choice clothing and other needed items. With the help of school administration (including teachers) we will be in direct contact with the parent/gaurdians. The deadline for form submission is the last day of school year. Any forms sent in over the number will be held for additional sponsorship opportuntites, funds raised and additional items made available to donate.
Our Plan to deliver
Our plan is to partner with local organizations that are already helping with the school supplies and that would like to start, to create a community partnership, combining the resources and efforts. Once the community partners have divided the resources, we will continue to fundraise and apply for local community grants for the remaining amount needed for purchases.

The clothing portion of the needs will be business and individual sponsored based per child. The other items will be partnered with local organizations to pull items together, like hygiene packs.

The Clothe The Kidz event will be a three day event in July. This event will bring together Moms, professional caretakers, organizations, and our local government. At the event, we will assist the children in house on fulfilling orders and on shopping trips to fulfill the individulized shopping lists.

Instructions and information will be sent out to each community organization that partners with the "Clothe The Kidz" initiative. The instructions will include details on the items to gather, funds, and where and when to bring the collected items. Instructions for the July event will also be given in detail, with an option to sign up to participate.

We are currently seeking a space for three days in July to buddy up with students and to help them shop online.
VOLUNTEER TO HELP THE CHILDREN SHOP
We are currently seeking a shopping buddy program with the local government and a local organization.
Become a Partner for supplies:
We are currently signing on our community partners that pledge to promote the cause and take responsibility for the items needed. The goal is to help 50 children with a fresh start. If you or your organization would like to be a specific contributor and align with the Hike Kidz Foundation "Clothe The Kidz 2025-2026 Initiative" please fill out the form below and you will be added to the partnership for this amazing initiative. Remember that if the items are those that need to be chosen by the students, you will raise the funds, not choose and donate the items. The goal is to help the student feel they have the SAME opportunity to choose.

This partnership is for the caretaker. Laundry supplies, paper products and anything helpful for the caretaker that makes it easier to help the student. - Looking for 2 community partners

The nurses are often without items and need a good supply. List will be provided. -Looking for one community partner
