ABOUT US
Our mission is to provide for and unburden the children and caretakers in our local area who are without access to the basic needs to thrive, equally.
Below you will find the current needs list for volunteering, board governance and advisors. The Hike Kidz Foundation is a public charity and governed by a board of directors.
We are currently seeking the following board positions to be filled:
Vice President (Two year term)
Secretary (Two Year Term)
Process to apply:

Become a volunteer and attend an event or help with ongoing tasks

Fill out the board application

Attend a scheduled board meeting

Discuss roles, expectations, and plans of the organization

The Executive Board will vote on Board Membership

All nominees will be informed of their status upon completion of the process
NOTE: All applicants must be an active volunteer for the Hike Kidz Foundation (must at least attend one community event).
Upon approval of position, you wil receive your board package and onboarding materials.
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER NEEDS
We are seeking advisors and mentors that are familiar with and drawn to advise on our board on an as needed, on call basis. At this time we are seeking legal counsel advisory specific to non profits.
The advisory member positions are volunteer positions. We are seeking community leaders that would like to give back through offering our organization consultation when needed and guiding us to become the best we can be for our local children, partners, volunteers, donors and the longevity of this organization.
We ask that you consider offering your advisory services and mentorship to help us as we begin this journey. We are seeking experts in your field and hope to gain your trust that your time will be well spent and benefit this community.
